Our Pastor...
Rev. Forrest Dickey
The Rev. Forrest Dickey is a native of Roberta/Musella, GA and a 1985 graduate of Crawford County Comprehensive High in Roberta, GA. Throughout Pastor Dickey’s life development and evolution of purpose, he furthered and received his educational accolades via The Fort Valley State University, Fort Valley, GA (BBA - Marketing and Management 1990) and the Turner Theological Seminary of the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) where he received academic honors and a Master of Divinity Degree in Homiletics & Worship (May 2012).

In Kingdom work, Pastor Dickey entered the ministry of service and proclamation of God’s Word September 26, 1998 at St. Paul AME Church, Macon, GA where he was trained under the tutelage of Rev. Terence R. Gray. Since ordination (May 2014-Itinerant Elder), Rev. Dickey has pastored St. Paul/Wayside AME, Cummings Temple AME, Stone Springfield AME Church and now serves as Senior Pastor of St. Mark AME Church, Atlanta, GA. At each of Rev. Dickey’s former appointments, he left indelible marks of leadership and service to the church and the community where he is known for his high-spirited preaching, and congenial personality. Pastor Dickey also has a serious zeal and fevor toward church-debt eradication, contextual fundraising and building.

Pastor Dickey is married to the former Ms. Lydia L. Fowler of Jeffersonville, GA and they are the proud parents of three wonderful sons: Jaquavis Markel, Christian Le’Forrest and Zion Ja’lil. He attributes a lot of his compassion and energy to his family and they fostered amazing support for the call on his life.

His passion and zeal for the Word of God is evident by those who have witnessed his preaching. Throughout the southeastern United States, Pastor Dickey has been privileged to proclaim to thousands in the Kingdom. He attributes his success to the grace and mercy of God through Jesus Christ and an anointing which has destroyed yokes in his life. With these gifts fueled by passion and spirit, he pours out of his soul the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
